First off... how do I change my site's logo? (not the banner)
second... I have no idea how to install this theme... I have seen that you have to install it in a dir using ftp or something but I don't understand (I'm kinda slow). I need a step by step guide... please help

I read it... but at the beginning it says to copy the default theme folder... how do I that? where do I go?
