Need Help With Theme

I'm having trouble installing the theme files...
(I have installed the template)

I seen someone said to upload it into the themes folder using ftp or something... where is it located and how exactly how do I do it?

I read it... but at the beginning it says to copy the default theme folder... how do I that? where do I go?
