You had me worried there for a while. Thought you ate a bad chicken.

Just visited your site and liked your menu. I'm using the Tigra menu on my forthcoming site as well. I very much like it.

Question: Did you hardcode the menu options or do they come up based on permissions?

Brad

Yup, I hard coded it into my Theme.html file. But the menu items are coded inside a tigra folder. I'm not much of a PHP expert. Infact I'm thinking of buying a "PHP for Dummies" manual.

Gidday Kelly

I had the same problem as yourself with Formulaire. See my thread at https://xoops.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=15728&forum=7

To cut the story short, how I got Formulaire to work for anonymous users was

Quote:

Hello Philou

It was late last night (just prior to midnight in New Zealand) when I appear to have rectified the problem. Note that I did not solve it, it just seem to have fixed itself.

What I did was, I thought maybe I'll uninstall Formulaire and re-install again...

But I click on the 'Upgrade' button in Module instead of the 'Delete' button. And next thing I know there is a tick option for Forms in Groups access.

I don't know how it fixed itself but this is what I have done from beginning.

1. Install the module
2. Generate the template for Forms
3. Upgrade the template

Thanks Philou, your module is a lifesaver.

Let me know this will fix your problem. If you need to get hold of me, PM via XOOPS.ORG. I'm visiting this site everytime I log on.

Actually what we need is a "module review" section on the site. One great place I used to check out CMS was at http://www.cmsinfo.org

Check the following

1. Admin - > Groups, Anonymous. Is the Contact Us item allowed for Module and Block Access?

2. Admin -> Template, default. Is the Contact Us template listed or showing as a red (0). Generate it if it is zero.

Lastly if it is still not working then consider using Formulaire instead (search in modules download). I'm using it for my site and have replaced my XOOPS Contact Us form with my own Formulaire customised form.

IRM for XOOPS?

Does anyone know if IRM has been ported into XOOPS before?

IRM info at http://sourceforge.net/projects/irm/

I have IRM running as a standalone web application on my office intranet. It would be good to integrate it into XOOPS.

IRM is quite a good helpdesk/inventory system for IT Departments. It can keep track of hardware as well as software licenses. I've been using it for a year at the office. It is not the most advanced helpdesk software (compared to TrackMan etc) but heck its free!

If it has not been integrated into XOOPS, is there a process whereby one can get it started? I'm not much of a PHP wizard but I'm willing to start learning (once I can find the manual) .

Go to the Download, Module page and look for "WF-Section" and "C-Jay Content". There are a few others HTML wrapper beside these two but these are the two I use.

Can't see what's wrong with it myself. Could be something to do with CSS?

Have you tried embedding the tables within a table to see if that can fix the problem?

ie (note my codes are generic, its only to convey the idea, not the method)

<table width="93%">
 <
tr>
   <
td>
      <
table width="100%">
      ...
all your headers here....
      table>
      <
table width="100%">
      ...
all your XOOPS body here...
      table>
   td>
 tr>
table>

Did you check your Group permission and Block settings?
