Installed XOOPS gallery but am really stumped.. how do I get it out of SAFE MODE!!... help am gettin mad again

I am going to be running an online radio broadcast on my new site and want a module for a CHAT ROOM...

Can anyone suggest the best one to use?

Is it possible to dump html code into the EMAIL USERS option...??

Thank you once again Highlander... they now have access... but it seems that they see NO POSTS... there 110 topics and 1152 total posts, which is what its telling them at the top right... but all forums have nothing in them....

Am lost!!

Im using XOOPS XOOPS 2.0.13.2

And used CBB 1.15

I can set a Webmaster up if anyone wants to have a peer into it??

The above is what all my Registered Users are getting when trying to access the forum. I have just updated to NewBB 2/CBB 1.15 and I am sure it relates to permissions but my mind has gone blank... Webmasters can get access no problem at all and everything looks perfect in the forum...for the life of me I cant work out the access rights they need and how I do it...

Please help am going mad tonight!

I have installed this and now think I am totally lost and screwed up my forum...

I have not finished the full install as of yet but from the Readme.txt am lost at this part...

3. add dropdow menu color CSS to theme/style.css (Appendix)

Please can someone assist me as I am a complete novice at this...

Apologies... so am I right in sayin then that if I install this I will not lose posts and users will not have to re-register?

And I am VERY VERY IMPRESSED!!! Especially with thanks to a friend of mine who helped install for me...

Ok, here is my question..I am running XOOPS 2.0.13.2 but I have noticed in the forum that there is no "Mark all Topics as Read" or "New Posts" option....users are requesting this option

On reading up I have realised that I need to install netbb 2.0 (I think)... if I download and install this as a mod, will I lose any members or posts?.. or is it just an add on to the current forum I am running?
