Do you have any .htaccess file in your root ?
Try to remove this and try it again, i have some problems with some hosts like one.com when im use .htaccess

Myself had the problem with uploaded pictures are not displayed, i figured out that the .htaccess file in the upload directory made that , after deleting this file everything went fine

This is one of the best modules i know for xoops but it has in my eyes one problem:

you must fill text and URL if you want display your images, that is annouying when you only want to display the images without to have a link to a page

I have tried to disable the requered fields (text and URL) in the admin, this works but that the slideshow wont work !

Is there a simple hack to remove the url from the slideshow ?

kris_fr update system module did the trick :P

It looks it do the job, but in FF i cant upload or select a image, is this tested ?

I did upload the files but editor is not visible in:
*
* Preferences
* System Module Settings

I only see the default editor but not elrte i did rename the trunk to elrte but no luck, maybe made a mistake with renaming e.g. elrte or elRTE ?
i have cleared the cache directorys

1.When a image is uploaded via image manager the image is not visible

2. Name of the module is not changeable (to display in menu), you must now edit the name inside the module file to have the desired name, with 2.4.5 it is possible to do that without edit the xoops_version.php
