This module was used successfully as is in the XOOPS.org Xoopser of the Year elections.

The bugs you are talking about are not bugs.

You seem to have some specific needs that this module never claimed to cover.

It is not meant to be used with the block.

Only registered users can vote, otherwise the results would be skewed by anons voting multiple times.

Im not sure you are using the module properly.

Just to re-iterate, it has been used successfully already.

thats in /modules/system/templates/system_redirect.html


It uses an inline style, just need to edit that.

Yeah, editing the Recent Topics block would be a good place to start.

It might be as simple as modifying the SQL query.

Well, that sounds like half done.

Did you add the field to the database table?

Also, you would need to edit the userinfo.php to actually print the data from the database.

Well, i dont think you need to create a new module for this. I would just add a page to the NewBB module called like last10.php or something.

(yeah the width bug is already fixed in v0.9, to be released soon.

I will send you v0.9 when its ready to translate.

It has alot more features so these new ones need a translation.

Most definately!

Club Info = TinyContent module
Galleries = XOOPSGallery module
Features = AMS or another article manager (or news module)
Reviews = AMS or another articles module (or news module)
Walkarounds = maybe articles module or content module
Web Links = WebLinks (stock XOOPS module)
Member Profiles = Profiles module (www.hyperpod.net)


This site is almost perfect to use XOOPS for, and you can definately add some content moderators if its on XOOPS.

Also, your template for the site currently can be made into a XOOPS theme quite nicely. (or new theme if you need a change of scenery :) )

Sure, XOOPS would work for this.

You should find the right modules to cover each need.

I would use SmartFAQ for the faqs.

What information needs to be on each page for the products?
The answer to this will determine which module might work for this.

In-Store specials can be done as well, although you will need to find a module that your users can manage. Someone who knows HTML or at least can learn a few things could use TinyContent for the Specials page(s)... If you need something easier to use, you may need a custom module developed for Specials.
