Hi all, I have used a programme called mIRC for many many years now and was wondering if this is available for xoops? or something that would allow me to connect to the mirc servers?

the wickedhearts I am paying £14 per year, the free space I am getting free due to them being my ISP but, they don't support MySQL database's..

What if I stuck the XOOPS site onto my free space and just use my wickedhearts space as the SQL holder?

would that work?..

(probably).. but I am hoping NOT as I have no bloody clue what I am doing!

OK!.. I have XOOPS on my site wickedhearts.com and only have 15meg of webspace, Obviously this isn't much so I have an account with another ISP who gave me unlimited webspace.

Can I run the site from wickedhearts BUT when people use the forum and attach jpg's, gifs etc etc have them upload to a section on my free web space? I am using the newbb 2 forum mod.

and I know how to set the upload folder on my other space so that people can upload files.

any help at all?...

the marquee is a simple enoutgh thing.. I love them, I'd like to know though what that Theme is he is using.. I bloody love that theme..

Could you jdseymour or anyone else tell me what the karma setting is?.. when Imake a new forum it asks if I want to set a karma rating, 5, 10, 15 etc etc..
