i have horizontal menu on my site, which is part of my theme. i use blue_ipb theme. this theme can be downloaded from:http://www.bbpixel.com/modules/mydownloads/viewcat.php?cid=7

it also has block contols. i then customized the css.

i believe, once you have saved new footer info, you need to udpdate in sys admin -> preferences -> general settings -> update module template. set to yes and submit.

there is a random quote module for xoops. go to modules/themes under communities or do a search.

hey builderb,

i guess my site would be a knockoff of the original theme developer that i am using. could this apply to any other XOOPS users? ...hmmmm, i wonder.
