Thank you TRabis , But i had better luck doing it with Java Script , Small Code on the Top of the Page where you want to Send a broken link , the admin will get Message from the Visitor about the broken link with Comment from the Visitor.
the only Downside with this Code or any Java Code , they Slow down your Site .. :) every thing comes always with price..

Try Make another Admin ID with permissions to every thing and see wht happens .. .. i'm not Expert but that wht i might do if i have the same Probelm

Thx Mamba But did you Read My last post , I have Updated it and Said that I got it Finly ..the Problem was the Version of module i used before when i switched to the One u listed earlyer i got itt o work .:)

Update : i Downloaded the Version from the Link u sent Earlyer and tried edit that One and I got it to work .. i have no idea why the Version i had won't work it was suppose to be V2.51 .. it seem who ever updated it to 51 from v2.50 messed up something :) ... thx Mamba and about the Fish Thing I love Cod Fish as matter of Fact This 4 Julay Holiday i will be Grilling or Frying Some .. :)
