is there a module to make visitors Report Broken Links to me , i need to use it with Debaser since debaser doesn't have this future integrated..

I don't know any. We can't have a block on a broken page saying : "report this link has broken" because page would not be there and/or not belong to the current host!
This could be possible if XOOPS had some plugin/hook/event system so a module could extend some other module and give him a "report broken link" ability.
Having not, the way I see is to hack the module.
Simple enough would be to use the contact module. You could place a block in the item page with a link to the contact module. Liase could suit well.

Thank you TRabis , But i had better luck doing it with Java Script , Small Code on the Top of the Page where you want to Send a broken link , the admin will get Message from the Visitor about the broken link with Comment from the Visitor.

the only Downside with this Code or any Java Code , they Slow down your Site .. :) every thing comes always with price..
