I always upload two or three times before attempting a build. FTP is not that reliable...
Upload everything again and he go to Systems Admin/ Modules and reinstall the sytem module.

Remember access privs must be explicit by group.

Which version of XOOPS are you using??? Can we see the problem???

If you read the instructions you;ll see that the XOOPS files MUST be in public_html .

You can always prevent anonymous users from entering data. Play with permissions so that these evil doers will not be able to add links without being registered.

I have no problem running your ads in IE7. I get the stupid IE activex dialog... but once I tell Bill G I don't want to be protected by his minions all is well.

Looks like you may not have all your XOOPS files completely loaded onto the server.

If you want to pm me with an admin account access, I'll be happy to check it out for you... BUT FIRST reload your public_html/domain/modules/system folder, empty cache and templates_c folders, go to Systems/Admin/Modules and reload System.

If that works you hould be good to go...
