I have a lexikon module installed with lots of entries there. Each entry has a counter to calculate how many times it was shown on the user side.
I want to create a 'Word of the day' block to show the most popular entry today (the entry that was shown the most times for the latest 24 hours). Any ideas how to do this?

Hi guys,
In 2.5.4 as well as in prev versions there is an issue with template encoding when editing via template manager if you use non-english characters. They all get unreadable. Also sometime ( I suppose when I have / * non-english characters * / in style sheets) I get somethings like this / * / * / * / * / * or some similar symbols copied hundreds of times composing a huge bulk of those symbols that my style.css size gets to 1 Mb or even higher. When this happens I have to edit it via total commander.
PS heh also when I tried to preview the message above it said Protector detected some attacking actions and after I clicked again it said I was banend. Holy moly. Hope this will still get submitted.

thanks Roby it works just fine. I had a problem first but it turned out that xoops 2.5.3 to 2.5.4 upgrade pack misses recaptcha library and I didn't have one. Had to download those from the full pack.

1. Go to your webste Preferences > System options > General settings and set Check templates for modifications to YES.
2. Go to Administration panel > Templates then choose a theme you have default on the user side from the list there, then change Forced generation to YES, then choose All modules and Go. This will generate your templates into your theme folder.
3. Go to Administration panel > Maintenance and clear all 3 caches.
4. Now go again to Administration panel > Templates from the left 'Your themes' column choose the theme you have defualt and find a ams_item.html template under the modules/AMS directory and edit is as trabis told you.
5. Clear the cache again via Administration panel > Maintenance.
