These are the main ones that really rack up the error logs

articles
myalbum
newbb
news
system
tinyevent
wfsection
xcgal
xoopsheadline
xoopsmembers
xoopspoll

But it does it, and says the same thing, in every module I use.

Here is the phpinfo.php that may help.

It is a hosted site.

Every module has the error_log file in it, and in the admin directory under that module also.

I have php deug turned on, but no errors are reported on the pages. those errors are just logged in the error_log file for every module that gets accessed.

If I delete the file it just remakes itself the next time anyone goes to the module.

I don't think so. I don't really know what you mean, but if you mean can I physically touch it no, I can't.

Create a custom PHP block and if your XOOPS instal is athttp://www.kesikkafa.com put this in the block
include("<{$xoops_url}>/xo/scroll.php");

if it is athttp://www.kesikkafa.com/xo/ put this in the block
include("<{$xoops_url}>/scroll.php");

Should work.

When you log on does it add a PHPSESSID to the address bar?

If so, check your "xoops_root"/include/functions.php, and "xoops_root"/include/common.php files for blank spaces after the closing php tag ?>

I am working on a module, and need some help. Imagine that.

Anyway, This form is basicly a search form where the user selects a user name from a dropdown menu, and a means of sorting the results, also a dropdown menu.

A close example to what this is going to be can be seen HERE.

What I need to know is how to code the dropdown were it will display all registered users of my site.

Any advice?

Thanks,
Steve

I am also using a dell laptop with XP, and when I try to run XSAS it doesn't work. The xsas screen comes up, but when I click on xoops2 it opens my browser and trys to dial up, of course localhost cannot be found.

I have it running on my desktop, also with xp, and it works fine. I did notice that there is another window that opens when you click xoops2, apache maybe? I don't get this on my laptop, until I exit XSAS then it opens for a second and the whole program shuts off.

Any ideas why apache isn't starting when it should?

Help please.

Thanks,
Steve

I run xsas fine on my desktop with XP home, but it does this on my laptop with the same OS. This being open the main xsas page, but when I click on xoops2 it opens my browser and trys to log me on to the internet to find localhost, and the apache window doesn't come up, until I exit out of xsax then it comes up for a second, and the whole thing shuts down.

I just bought this laptop for the sole purpose of being able to work on modules and stuff anywhere I go so if I can't get this to work I am going to be highly upset.

I noticed in the docs where it says - switch on TCP/IP network protocol (if you have no network card just install something).
How do I check this?

Some one help please.

Thanks, Steve
