I created an installation manual for installing XOOPS 2 on Windows 2000 using IIS. It contains all the version information for PHP, Xoops, and MySQL. It is as close as I can get to a step-by-step installation/configuration manual. Anyone interested???

Thx,

HisKid

I got it! It was a permissions problem. I restored the files from another backup, and all is well!

*Heavy Sigh*

After upgrading I got all kinds of errors, Lists too long to post here. So I decided that the best thing to do was to resore the old files (which I backed up before I started using my cpanel). I restored the old files and now I get this one error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get() in /home/hammer/public_html/include/common.php on line 64

RTBC.org

Help please!!

I have been rolling out a new website for some time. I have had reports from my testers that they get an error when they try to register with the site. I started investigating and found that if a user has NIS installed on their system, and they try to register, administer blocks, sections, or post messages in the forums, they experience errors and are unable to perform their tasks.

I have installed ver 2.0.3 but have not upgraded to 2.0.5 because I havent had the time. (I do plan to perform the upgrade to 2.0.5 before the site goes live.) Has this issue been addressed? If not, it should probably be investigated...

Here is a snipit from a correspondence with one of my testers where I ask for some screenshots:

> I have uncovered some issues with user registration. I have seen
