i seak for a multimenu for xoops2.3x, with multimenu 1.9 , i get this response :
Block admin access unavailable in xoops2.3x

Now i have upgrading to XOOPS 2.3.2, so i hav e this note appeared when i get in multimenu/preferences :

* Block admin access unavailable in this XOOPS version.

the same response with XOOPS 2.3.1

i am working with XOOPS 2.3.1, so the theme is xd-moments and the banner is set in the center block, what i need is to change its place to the head block in the right.

i 'd downloaded a french "unicode" translation, i make the installation, the result is that i have the modules translated but the topics no.
iwhen i work with french language i get this :
