Yes thats true anyone will be able to access the install folder for a minute or two if you make a public a announcement and provide the link....

BUT no one will be able to actually install it coz more details are needed at hand that only you will be having e.g the installing DATA BASE and folder permission.

Think of it like the cash machine with access to your money being on the street. Everyone will have access to the cash machine but only you can withdraw your money with card and pin.

My sincere apologies i was reading through the forum to try and see any help and the problem sounded like mine. Sorry about that, point taken and i wont do that again.

It seems like something is being written wrongly to cache, but not knowing your configuration, it's hard to say what it is.

Can you please ask or tell me whatever information regarding my configuration i can post to help you/others understand my configuration to help solve the issue?

I am running xoops 2.5 and everything was fine until somedays ago when i try to add image or use image via the image manager on (DHTML Form with xCode) i get a blank white pop up and not the normal popup that gives me a category drop down.

When i turn the Debug mode on to inline i get this error

Parse errorsyntax errorunexpected T_STRINGexpecting ',' or ';' in /home/hidden/xoopsdata/data/caches/smarty_compile/df5e7e9a-system-default-default^%%5D^5DD^5DDC7D64%%db%3Asystem_imagemanager.html.php on line 40

What could have gone wrong to a perfectly working script and how can i solve it?

Thanks in advance
