Mail Issues

I have "require Activation by User" set to on but nobody is recieving their activation emails. I have run numerous test by setting up dummy accounts with my own emails which have zero restriction or spam filters and I also do not get my activation email.
Also,when I send an email to the entire group they do not get them

I do however get all emails to my admin such as wehn a new user activates I get the email saying a new user signed up. Thats because I have "Notify by mail when a new user is registered?*" set to on.

Any suggestions? My sys admin has been checking everything and so far has come up blank on the server side. The emails were working and then stopped.

Thank you. I will say I was very excited to see this mod as it seems to be exactly what I was looking for. But after installing it I am very disappointed. I simply cannot get it to do anything. I even downloaded SmartObject v0.9 first as instructed but it still does not work. My server meets all the requirements too.

I have blank screens. When I select add category nothing happens.

If you have any suggestions I would appreciate any assistance. With no documentation and nothing on their website of any use as far as documentation I am afraid I am back to square one.

Login Form Module

Is there a certain module which allows more information to be gathered when someone registers? Or is there another way of editing the signup form?

I am creating a family website and need to gather a lot more information than what we currently gather.

I have the site nearly 90% completed and just began to think that maybe I should have installed one of the Module Packs.

Do any of them contain what I am looking for such as the "Community Pack" or "intranets Pack"? Andif they did would I be risking losing all my settings I currently have if I installed them now?

Address Module

Does anyone know how to either add a State input box or at least change the "Country" input box to "State" and have it show that way when someone looks up someones address?

Also, any idea how to make it so "Description" is not required?

It happens under both admin mode and user mode.

It happens under the category that I have two albums created for and also a category with no albums under it.

I am now getting "their are no user galleries" when I click on the main category to try and access albums.

Since there is no uninstall option on modules in the control panel do you simply delete them from the server?

XCGAL Questions

Can someone point me to documentation of this mod?
The program is telling me I cannot upload pictures because no album exist. I use to have this version years ago and have since upgraded for other sites and for the life of me I cannot remember how to create the albums in this version.

I created the categories fine. I tried to upload and create an album via FTP but that didn't work either.

I am also having server problems and am migrating to a new one this evening so I am not sure if the server is an issue.

What do you feel is the best forum module to use? Which module is being used here?
I want my users to register once and have access throughout the entire site, forum included. Do all the forum modules allow this integration?
