Custom fields in xhelp module?

Hi

i added one custom field called "FTPUSERNAME" its a text field, In Detail View section , i want to keep a link to ftpusername field. after adding the ticket it is going to following url

http://myhost/modules/xhelp/ticket.php?id=2089

i have checked the entire ticket.php file but i could not find out the custom fields code, can any one please suggest me, where can i hack this custom field code. in which page handling custom fields code.

any help would be appreciated.

Hi

my requirement is:

I want to add some notes for each user. That notes can be seen by the that user and the administrator only. admin can see all users notes. every user can see their own notes.

Is there any module in XOOPS to fulfill above requirement.

multi site in xoops?

Hi

can i develop multi site with xoops.

suppose i have links in home like hotels,travels,educational.

when i click on hotels my url would be like hotels.mysite.com

for travels travels.mysite.com etc...

in each and every sub domain site , i wil have forums, gallery,news related to the subdomain(hotels , travels etc.)

when a user clicks on the hotels , mysite will goto

hotels.mysite.com there i will have the hotels related forums, blogs, news and gallery etc..

same for travels, educatinal...


xoops is suitable for this type of site

plz suggest me on this.

Replacing Username with Real NAme

Hi

How can i show the Real Name instead of User name in all the pages ,. Is there any option for this .

I have installed following modules

Xhelp
NEws
Message Board
Wiwi Mod

How can I make a member use his username to login, but his realname replace the username shown in most pages like who is online, newbb...etc

Hi

I am using users online block and Top Posters block, now it is showing the usernames in that black , instead of username i want to display the real name of the user, i couldnot find out any file to change this, can any one plz guide me on this,

In which file i have to change for displaying the real name instead of username.

Hi

I have installed xhelp module, actually wts my problem is

I have departments like
SOFTWARE
HARDWARE
BPO
ACCOUNTS.

Every user can post ticket to any department, lets say i have users A , B , C , D , E , F. i have assigned the departments for each user like below.

A-SOFTWARE
B-HARDWARE
C-BPO
D,E-ACCOUNTS

suppose D posted a ticket to Software department, That ticket is not visible to user "D", i need to assign the Software department to D or not. or else how can it is visible to user D.
