I have installed xhelp module, actually wts my problem is
I have departments like
SOFTWARE
HARDWARE
BPO
ACCOUNTS.
Every user can post ticket to any department, lets say i have users A , B , C , D , E , F. i have assigned the departments for each user like below.
A-SOFTWARE
B-HARDWARE
C-BPO
D,E-ACCOUNTS
suppose D posted a ticket to Software department, That ticket is not visible to user "D", i need to assign the Software department to D or not. or else how can it is visible to user D.
