Editing forum permissions

I'm having trouble editing my user permissions on the forum on my site.
I want to enable postings for registered users only.

Can't edit my forums on my site

I've noticed that I can't edit my permissions on my forum recently, I want to only allow registered users to submit posts and need to change them all and keep getting a blank page when I try and click 'Edit'.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Don't suppose anyone could explain in laymans terms how a novice like me can create a site map for my site using XOOPS?
