Freecontent problem

My freecontent doesn't work right. The Magic News block is empty in one site, and doesn't update on the other site i own. Freecontent links don't work and give me this message:

This url returns no text, the page is probably using frames

This page is the instant Webdigest of :http://edition.cnn.com/

Any idea to fix this is appreciated greatly.

another way to set up top menu

I understand that notmally i'd have to install a theme that has built-in menu on top option, but..

i actually found a really cool theme by Lucastds and i was hoping i could use it and add menus to it on top. if there's no way to do that, is there and easy way to customize the theme or use some module that will work with it? thanks.

I've set up XOOPS and have more or less figured out how to use modules, and other cool stuff in xoops. one problem i have is i'd like to have some buttorns on top of the pages (under my banner). I've seen it done on other XOOPS sites. I don't see this option in my admin menus and i'm not sure if i need a module for that. I'd like to just have simple buttons that would go directly to a module of XOOPS and also i'll need about 2 buttons to go to url that is not in xoops, but i need a link to it from xoops. help is really apperciated.
