How to add xoops menu to static html page?

Okay everyone. I knew how to do this a while ago but can't find the same support page anywhere now! I created my own html page and edited to system blocks menu so that the link was added to the main menu. What I am trying to do now is find the code I need to add to my page so it fits nicely into the XOOPS portal. Can someone point me in the direction to find where I can add the header/footer/side bars..etc to my static html page?

By the way, I am running XOOPS 2.0.16

thanks that fixed it. I had to go into phpMyadmin and add the two fields. once I did that it works fine..Thanks :)

thanks for the response. Well, I just tried adding a link through the homepage and it said it was added successfully but it wasn't added. I went into the admin panel and its not there for approval.

Hey. Well, I downloaded wflinks off the modules page on this site about 2 days ago..I installed it and have it working fine but everytime I click the "Visit site" link..it seams to bring up the same page..I'm not too sure as of why..I am using affiliate links in my directory so they look like this:
www.domainhere.com/lnk.asp?o=161&c=1269&a=11532

Could this be why??

I'm running XOOPS 2.0.16..

Please let me know how I can fix this. I checked the links in the admin panel and they are all different..So they should be taking you to the correct affiliate link..However they always take you to the same page..you can see it in action by going

im sorry i posted phpfox 2.0.16..lol..i meant XOOPS 2.0.16..I do remember having some issues with the upload before..am I suppose to upload anything besides the htdocs folder? I noticed some other folders before..Thanks

just an update..i also get this same error when trying to click the comment option under the system admin part of the admin panel..any ideas what could be causing this??

Hey everyone. I recently made a post about this in the modules section but now feel it might fit in better here as I do not think this is a modules issue anymore.

I just downloaded and installed XOOPS yesterday onto a new site of mine..everything seamed to get installed correctly but when trying to delete a categorie in the wflinks mod I got this error:

This page cannot be displayed due to an internal error.

You can provide the following information to the administrators of this site to help them solve the problem:

Error: Class XoopsCommentHandler does not exist
Handler Name: comment

Then I noticed I get the same error when clicking any link inside the top links on the main page - or click "more details" on any link in the wflinks directory.

I thought it must have been an issue with the module but just tried uninstalling a seperate module in the admin panel - and then got the same error again! (althlough it shows the module was successfully uninstalled) Now I am thinking maybe this is an error with xoops? maybe a file didnt upload or upload correctly?

Any help would be greatly appriciated!

just an update..it showed up again when I was trying to uninstall a different module..im thinking this may not be a problem with the module but a problem with xoops?

Hey guys..I installed wflinks and i notice anytime i try to modify a category via the admin panel. or click any outgoing link in the "top links" on my main page, i get this error:
