hello everybody
why xoops.org (& the mag) don't have tinymce till now
although almost everywebsite including it nowadays
are there ant known conflict between them?

yes there is debug feature (i didn't use it earlier because of the warning)
when i turned it ON
the follow messege appears
Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "db:system_block_dummy.html" in file /class/smarty/Smarty.class.php line 1095
it look right @
xoops_root\modules\system\templates\
but in templates manager it's not
when click create the error appears
Selected file does not exist (appear online & locally)
right now i use my local server
Windows Vista

mySQL 5.0.51a
i did reinstall the XOOPS (locally)
without the new theme
the problem is as seen above
