Ammending User Data and mass upload

When one goes to User one gets a list of user info. I would like to take some of this out and add others.

Nickname
Name
Email
Allow other users to view this email address
URL
Time Zone
ICQ
AIM
YIM
etc..

Is the standard stuff. Is there anything I can do?

Furthermore, I am then trying to mass upload users. How easy is it do this and is there a guide?

PiCal and Repeating events

Does anyone know if it is possible to add repeat events. I want to add 200 birthdays in their that I have on an excel file. Any idea how the best way to mass upload and get them to repeat each year?

change theme.php, site does not change

You can see the theme and my site athttp://www.simonfoley.com I noticed I had made a type in the Download link at the top. I made a change in the theme file, reuploaded it, checked it is there fine on the server but the theme does not update the link on the actual site. I tried re-installing the whole theme - nothing.

Interestingly, when I delete the theme, it keeps the links even when there is no theme applied.

Any ideas?

I have continued to search for an answer to this but keep coming up short. I am trying to find out before making the switch as I have a large coppermine photo album.

I have a coppermine site www.simonfoley.com/photo and I have just installed XOOPS for the first time. I am very impressed indeed after always using postnuke.

Just how easy it is to move over the photo gallery from coppermine to xcGallery RC 1.1 and xoops. I see it is based on xoops, but will it just pic up all the catergories and so on if I copy them over?

Can anyone point me to the online guide to this? I have done some searching although to no avail.
