change theme.php, site does not change

You can see the theme and my site at http://www.simonfoley.com I noticed I had made a type in the Download link at the top. I made a change in the theme file, reuploaded it, checked it is there fine on the server but the theme does not update the link on the actual site. I tried re-installing the whole theme - nothing.

Interestingly, when I delete the theme, it keeps the links even when there is no theme applied.

Any ideas?

1. If you mean theme.html, you should not call it theme.php - PHP themes were used in the XOOPS 1.x days and are still (AFAIK) usable on a XOOPS 2.0 platform, leading to a little confusion.

2. If you DO mean theme.html, read this faq: I've modified my theme, but why cant I see the changes?
