Blank page on new server

Hello,
I transfered all sites from old server

Cpanel/WHM 56 with
Apache Version 2.4.23
PHP Version 5.6.26
MySQL Version 5.5.52-cll

to new server

cPanel Version 64.0 (build 14)
Apache Version 2.4.25
PHP Version 5.6.30
MySQL Version 5.6.35

Xoops sites are mostly 2.5.6 version

There weren't warnings in transfer process about those domains/sites but when I tried to open them on new server I got only blank page. I can't even open domainname/user.php
I tried to manually delete cache files but this didn't help.

Publisher can't publish PDF or ZIP

I'm trying to fix this for my client but I can't.
Site has Xoops 2.5.6
Publisher 1 final

Upload of PDF works in News module but on Publisher I get error and file is uploaded in uploads/module_name/content folder but it's not visible for visitors of this article.
I enabled in mime types in Publisher that admin can upload ZIP's and PDF's but it gives me error:

MIME type not allowed: application/pdf
MIME type not allowed: application/pdf

I know there is written that you can upload only HTM or HTML files but why is there so much others mime types in preferences for this module? I'm confused.

Also, other big problem for clients is that Preview button goes nowhere and you lost all your work if you didn't submit it first

Please help.
I hope someone still works on this great module.

Well my enthusiasm dwindle trough the years
Problem is that I don't want to have page that will be outdated as it was for last 2-3 years.
I don't have so much free time anymore as I had before, so I do some translations only when I need it for my clients.

Ja imam desetak xoops stranica, i barem još toliko koje su zatvorene iz razloga što klijenti nisu više trebali web ili sl.
Nažalost, prije nas je bilo puno više, pa dok je xoopshr bio u punoj snazi bilo je nekih 5-6 ljudi koji su se bavili prevođenjem i izradom tutorijala. Nažalost kako je xoops imao problema i prevrtanja tamo prije nekih 4-5 godina (a možda i više ) tako su ljudi prelazili na druge CMS-ove i sve je stalo.
Upravo ovih dana je i xoopshr.org stao s radom, jer niti imam volje niti vremena ga održavati.
S Bjutiem sam pričao da bi otvorili neki zajednički ex-yu site ali kad je tako malo zainteresirano ljudi nema smisla raditi nešto i nabiti si obaveze a onda to nitko neće koristiti. Kad bi se javilo 10 ljudi s ovih prostora, sigurno bi ponovo otvorili nešto. Mislim da se i Bjuti slaže samnom

As end user I would like to see some better spam engines as there is so many registered users today that pass the capcha checking and start to spam our portals.
First that I suggest that all posts from deleted user are also deleted, that way we can easly stop spammers and their spam

Hi all,

today I finally found time to test new version of Xoops 260 alpha1a and I must admit I'm impressed with new loook with instalation. I looks nice and easy, but there is much control of what do you want in you site and what you don't want.

If I found some bugs I'll report, for now I can't wait to get this new, beautifull baby ready for our sites!

Can you give exact link, I found only V4.00 on sourceforge SVN

or some 4.2 version in alfred branche (I read this from xoops_version.php file)
