I'm planning on building a XOOPS site for a distributor that sells hobby related r/c car items.
I do not want an e-commerce solutions just a module that can display the different products offered for dealers with descriptions and photos and able to categorize them.
Also would like other modules for :
- links
- photo album of race events
- news
- a technical info page
- about us
- policy
- contact us
I'm looking for some rock solid modules that can help me design this site with Xoops.

How do I configure the BIG STORY news block to show top news articles.

I went in the avatar manager and upload a few avatars. Afterwards I tried to delet one and nothing happens, it's still in the list.
I then deleted it in the /uploads directory but the avatar still appears as an item in the list but without the image of course.
Any hints on what I should do to remove the empty image from the list in the avatar manager ?
