Hi,

just wondering whether there is the possibility to insert page breaks with the Koivi editor, so that I can split longer articles into several pages?

Thanks.

ok, found the answer to my second question but not to my first one.
Also, with the image editor is it possible to save standard values somewhere?
For example to have 10pixels padding around the image as a standard?

Thanks guys.

Hi,

I recently installed the Koivi editor. Everything works fine but when I look at the story text on my website the fontsize is different to all other stories. I looked into the stories table in the database and it turns out the Koivi puts a stylesheet tag around the text, calling for MsoNormal. I was unable to find the definition for MsoNormal anywhere in my XOOPS directory. Where is it or how can I tell Koivi not to use that tag all?

On a different note I was wondering whether it would be possible to include a feature in the Koivi editor that would allow to specify ALT tags for images (or use the image description/name)? At the moment the ALT tag is empty in the html source and I would like to be able to put some information in there, not just for die hard Lynx browser fans but also for search engines.

Thanks.

Hi,

I've installed the koivi editor class and integrated it in the News module.
The editor works fine, but as soon as I try to edit a previously published article, all the line breaks are gone in the text. I am aware that this seems to be a general problem with wysiwyg editors and the way XOOPS handles text, but I haven't managed to find an answer on how to fix this. I looked at the Spaw documentation where they suggest to make some changes to the file xoopsstory.php, but I don't know whether that will work for the Koivi editor as well. Also, I'm afraid that changes to xoopsstory.php would affect all text areas in XOOPS which could lead to problems since I installed Koivi only for the news module.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi, I'm getting the following error in php debug mode for news module 1.2:

Notice [PHP]: Undefined variable: category in file localhost/xoops/http/modules/news/index.php line 58

Any ideas?

Thanks

Ok, sorry I misunderstood.
Go to 'edit' in top pages block and select from 'Visible in' in which pages it should show up.

thanks.

yes

multimenu is not visible as a block for any other than the top page

In fact, the only blocks that I can select for any pager other than 'top page' are 'system' blocks. No other blocks of any other modules are shown. Why is that?

Hi,

I've installed multimenu, have it displayed on the top page, added a few links and disabled the main menu from being shown. So far, no problems.
However, when I click on a link in multimenu (e.g. to /modules/contact/), the contact us page is displayed, but no multimenu on the contact us page. Same for every other page.
I've checked the groups permissions and multimenu is activated (otherwise it wouldn't show on the top page).
If I check in the block administration, multimenu isn't even listed for any other page but the top page.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Thanks in advance.

Cheers,
Chemoul
