hello guys, i'm looking to shorten the amount of news topics that are displayed on the news page, it currently shows the top 5 ...well i want to have only the top news story of the day showing, now in the news Module Config Options the least amount of topics to choose from is 5 so is there any way to change this option to allow just 1 news topic to be shown instead of the 5?..if so please tell me where to make the changes...

ok guys this who's online block that is included in the newbb2 upgrade is not functioning correctly, mods highlite colors are still wrong ..ive tried everything i could think of on the site adjusted the setting there and changed the color code in the forums preferences section...so where do i edit the actual script in the module with frontpage editor 2000?...please be specific EX:newbb2 folder > blocks > newbb new php file(this is an example only, but should help with the info that i'm looking for)

anyone help with this?.....anyone?

just an update...if i remove the names from the mods group they show in the proper color..but they don't have the permission to mod the forums like they should...their not able to do things like move,delete the topics ...

OK upgraded to the newbb2 forums and the who's online block at the bottom has a problem, the admins and mods are the same text color...i have tried setting different colors for each of them....tried updating the module....checked all the permissions,group access and user ranks...all is is where it should be...anyone have a clue as to how to get the Admin and Mods colors fixed?
