Hope this helps someone else

I had the very same problem:

"Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in ........../modules/system/admin/tplsets/main.php on line 93"

It was cuased by a failed uninstall of a shoutbox module

The problem was fixed by removing the all entries regarding the shoutbox module that were left behind in the xoops_tplfile datbase table.

XOOPS Rocks!

riomx,

Thanks for your comments.

Xt-conteudo: You need to use the "Menus and Submenus" block for it to show the submenus. This menu can be somewhat modified in the xtmenu.php file found in the blocks directory.

The readme has a fix for firefox compatibility.

Regarding the portugese, the module should include the spanish language files.

The use of a particular module is a personal choice based on needs and likes, I happen to like xt-conteudo and also use the TinyD's.

You can try xt-conteudo it will do various level subcategories, it has page wrap and and a spaw editor and it is based on TinyContent.

You can see it working onhttp://www.matamoros.com/ on right side block called "Visitors Guide & Business Showcase" if you move cursor under Health care you will get 3 levels.

For some reason if I use it as the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th left side block it will not work (I think its got something to do with either a load or javascript conflict), if you happen to use it and have the same problem and solve it please let me know how you fixed it.

TinyD is also a good option if you want to use several tinyContents at the same time.

Claudio,

You should look into phpadsnew, it works great as a stand alone software (althogh it seems to have been ported as a XOOPS module, but I have not tried it as such), it will manage classes and types as you describe. I a have been using it for almost 2 years. You can be embed the code for the banners in either your theme.html file or into a module such as tinyD. It has excelent documentation, it requires a litle bit of reading and a little bit of trial and error, but it definetly is worth the time and effort. You can see it working at www.matamoros.com, the reloading of the banners is done by placing the actual banners in separate pages and reloading them at a fixed interval of time via javascript, and calling the pages on an I-frame on the theme.html file as well as in various tinyD modules.

Hopes this helps.

Saludos from Mexico
