Is there a way to have the site resize accordingly so things dont run off the page? Also is there a spanish module out there?

I am wanting to leave the blocks visable for all guests that arrive to the site but I am not having much luck.. Any ideas on how to leave things available? I know you can change some things in the modules.

I changed it in the style.css sheet I think I changed each one.. I will go back through and take a peek..

I changed my menu color from the standard grey to a softer pink to go with my web theme but it turned the menu white. Where did I go wrong and how do I customize the menu items color wise.

I adjusted the file but it still is not showing correctly any ideas??
