Block for Sticky in CBB

We do have block for "Recent Topics", but it seems that we do not have a block for "Sticky Topics". Please let me know if we have a hack or if you can share a code to try on with latest CBB and XOOPS versions.

Shoutbox security flow?

I have my shoutbox 3.01 by Jan304 running rock stable, permissions were set to allow members to post and read only for anonymous. This morning I was surprised that an anonymous poster manage to post even they don't have a text box to type in and a button to shout. I immediately deactivated it and may not activate it again.

I have my site upgraded to XOOPS 2.2.4 two weeks ago Is this a security issue with shoutbox or with XOOPS 2.2.4 or both?

Problem with username

I don't know what happened but suddenly when a user post in forum the real name is shown not the username. I upgraded my CBB to 3.0 and XPress to 2.01 last week but until yesterday it was fine. Didn't did any setting changes from last week though. Checked my forums but it was set to not to display the real name. Updated Forum from Modules Administration but still the same.

Running with XOOPS 2.2.4

I am using an old version of FlashChat running with XOOPS 2.2.4, if I am not wrong it is FlashChat 3x. I made it work by pointing it to info.php because no info_embedded.php in this version.

Does anybody here uses a trivia game or quiz module? I found a quiz mod in repository but it seems not compatible with 2.2.3a and above.

A-Z and Customizable fields

Dear All,

I tried to use search for a module that has A-Z listing and also allows you to create fields. The closest that I found is the repository module here at XOOPS but what I need is not a download module.

Anybody who knows a module that has this functionality?

Appreciate your help.

I just found this request of you and should not have created a similar thread after.

I also have the same problem like, I don't know any programming language, don't like being spotted from work that I am submitting news, easier and faster to submit via email from office or cell phone, got a request from members if this feature is possible.

Not sure if this is hard to code or may have no appeal to other Xoopser.

Blog module works but the news module is better.

I have a different problem with anonymous. I have set the permission to one of my forum to allow anonymous to start a new topic and reply. When I posted as anonymous it seems to work because no error was dispalayed and the message say's...

I checked the forum admin index for the post that's submitted by anonymous but there was no message waiting for approval. Tried to use search for a word that I use for the test post but found nothing. Tried to re-update the CBB module from "Modules Administration" but it didn't help.

Before I upgrade my CBB to 2.3, all messages from anonymous were there and waiting for approval.

My site is running with XOOPS 2.2.3
