Problem with PM module

About 99% of my PM module works fine, so I am already a lucky bastard, but I would like to get the last % as well.
When a user goes to his inbox, and reads his message, the new message icon does not go away. The system keeps thinking there is a new message a keeps showing "New Message".
Any suggestions?

Cheers,

Bob

It is already like that

// XOOPS Physical Path
    // Physical path to your main XOOPS directory WITHOUT trailing slash

define('XOOPS_ROOT_PATH''/var/www/b/boardstyle.nl/HTML');

// XOOPS Virtual Path (URL)
    // Virtual path to your main XOOPS directory WITHOUT trailing slash

define('XOOPS_URL''http://www.boardstyle.nl');

define('XOOPS_CHECK_PATH'1);

I've just updated my site to XOOPS 2.2.2 and a total new theme. But there is something going wrong.

- When users switch between modules (in firefox) the get the login boxes back (user menu gone)
- Some modules they can't access because they are not members (but they can access while using IE)

Any suggestions, all in IE works fine.

Cheers,

Bob

I've been posting about this problem buit no solution so far. I am running XOOPS since 2.0.3 and upgraded every time up till 2.0.13.1. Now I am willing to go to 2.2.2.

I'am running an exact copy of my site (www.boardtsyle.nl) at my test server. Upgrading to 2.2.2 no problem (except for images not be shown in news in Internet Explorer with default theme).
The real problem comes when I want to upgrade the forum to CBB 2.2. I overwrite all the files and update in module admin, as I am told to do. Then the trouble starts, database errors when accessing the forums, and blank screens in forum admin menu's.
I've tried so many reinstalls (using database copy) I can't even count them anymore. Don't know what to do anymore. PLEASE HELP ME OUT!

(I've got over 50.000 posts in my forums and don't want to lose them).

Don't forget to install the Extended Profiles module. That is where the registration form is in now.

I currently trying to update my testserver to CBB (2.2). I am running the next:

Xoops 2.2.2
NewBB 1.1 (upgrades to CBB 2.2)

Install and update gives no problem. And I can view the main page (index) from the forum. I even can change the module preferences. But as soon as I try to go to the Modules > Forum > Administration pages all I get is a white page.

PHP debug gives no responses.

Please help!
