The only ip addresses I can change in admin:prefs are the either which one shouldn't count as impresion on banners and which ones should be banned. Neither of them are 10.0.1.100 but the default 127.0.0.1. Am I in the right prefs module?

I'm totally new to XOOPS but like what I've seen so far. At least on my internal network. everything works fine there. But when accessing XOOPS from ouside my router nothing works due to the fact that everything is referenced by it's internal ip number. Part of the loginpage source looks like this:
---
<link href="http://10.0.1.100/xoops/favicon.ico" rel="SHORTCUT ICON" />
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="all" href="http://10.0.1.100/xoops/xoops.css" />
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="all" href="http://10.0.1.100/xoops/themes/default/style.css" />
---
As you can see the ip number is 10.0. not 217.215. as it should be. Any ideas?

I'm connected to the Iternet via a router and DSL. I'm running my own webserver (works fine) and DNS (also works fine).
