I have added a prefix to both files and changed the Mainfile to include the prefixes, so is it safe now?

My host placed all the XOOPS files in Public_html there is no htdocs folder, how do I change this?

public_html/xoops_lib is inside DocumentRoot!
For security considerations it is highly suggested to move it out of DocumentRoot.

I have a Sticky topic but it was on top yesterday now it's gone any idea why this has happened using Forum version 3.08

Is there any chance that a notification is sent to the members inbox when other members wish them a happy birthday as at present they don't know unless they select their own name in the birthday block
