i see that i can make blocks etc. But they are always shown on the home page.

as i have lot of infos on the home page and the page loads slow i like to know if can i put an Image whyle the page is Loading instead show a blank page? Or a message like "Page Loading Please Wait)I need this only for the home page (when accessing the domain, not the sub pages)
If yes how can i di this?

when i create new blocks i can see it only as Webmaster but not as UNregistere user. How do i create blocks that can be seen for All users? I couldnt find any way..
My site doesnt require registration.

as both using javascript and i tried out the javascript for the news i supposed that google doesnt work (as the news feed javascript)
Is the any way to let this news feed javascript worrk in blocks?
