I have managed to get a chatroom module working but im still desperate for the following:


A quiz module

A blogs module

A shoutbox module

A photo gallery module

that work on 2.0.7

Is there an easy way of finding line 505? When I go edit in the cpanel it doesnt show line numbers

Well I managed to remove all the old myquiz bits & install the new quiz - but when I click on quiz admin I get this:


Parse error: parse error, unexpected '}' in /home2/mjay/public_html/modules/myquiz/admin/index.php on line 505

I did have it installed for a few minutes (the old version) but I deactivated it, uninstalled it then deleted it. It would seem some of it is still there somewhere.

It looks great! I tried installing it but got this:

Installing Quiz

Table 'xoops_myquiz_admin' already exists

Unable to install myquiz. Error(s):
Back to Module Administration page

& I cant track down the offending item to remove it. Any ideas where I should be looking/

Does anyone know if the following exist? They have to work on 2.0.7:


A chatroom module

A quiz module

A blogs module

A shoutbox module

A photo gallery module

I have found some that work on 2.0.6 but not 2.0.7.

If its any help the XOOPS it worked on was 2.0.6 & the one I am using is 2.0.7

I dont want to sound stupid but will that mean constructing the whole site gain - like my members having to rejoin & re-entering all the information again etc?

I have more webspace with a different host so I installed XOOPS on there, installed the modules that were giving me problems & the shoutbox worked fine. Unfortunatly I cannot use this webspace for my site because the disk space & bandwidth are tiny (its a free host), so the shoutbox module definatly works ok. This was the only module that did - chat & gallery still didnt work.
