I don't know that a exclusive host dedicated to Xoops is all that necessary. Ultimately, when it comes to choosing a host, you go with what works for you and has the room for you to grow. I host both my WordPress and Xoop sites through a web hosting package from 1&1 and I have always been satisfied.

I have created xsimplegrid2 to be finished my ideas for this theme.
There is many changes - other sliders, "fast" menu is in the header, mobile changes and others..
