       some content here

with this code it lowered down my content.
After changing the code to the following, i had no problems.

some content here

I just deleted the spaces between the tags themselves.

Maybe this helps somebody ...

For a while, I was wondering why nobody votes on my new polls, it's a poll allows voting multiple choices. It just shows all zero. You can try with the current poll in xoops.org site now, it does not shown any votes.

Good luck with it Wayne. I run a drug recovery site and get the same types of childish fools and it's a daily battle to keep them at bay.

In the waiting for publishing the announces in xoops.org news, and before all French go to 'le cote azurre' for weekend leaving their forums in the hands of trolls , forum readers should know in advance I've published first alpha version of this module:
you can download it HERE.

PS: this is an alpha, still not added functionality suggested in this thread, but they will do.

I've spent more than a day in solving a problem in
installation and afterwards running.

Install.php didn't work (error message: Could not create DB)
and manualy loaded appl (used phpMyAdmin for that) either.

The solution was to uninstall MS Proxy client which I use to go Internet.
Aftewards everything gone smooth and I'm enjoying XOOPS much.

other stuff:
PHP 4.2.1
MySQL 3.23.39-nt
IE 6.0

B;

Does your hack permits to choose which level of user would pass through the moderation ?

I didn't though about this, it's very interesting feature, quite simple to add. I'll put on my list.

Very exciting idea !
Where can I download it ?

Does your hack permits to choose which level of user would pass through the moderation ?
For example only "Just popping in" users will be pre-moderated but not the "Quite a regular" users ?

It will be powerfull like this
Because the real danger is often the new users not the old one.

Thx

Why not release it as a separate module instead of a hack so both modules can be used together?

That is a good idea. I should simply rename module and referring to same tables. At now it still need hacking db and /include/functions.php, but last could be solved by duplicating showThread function instead than hacking it.

BTW, I have some doubts on managing informations shared with other modules or blocks: recent discussions, user posts count and other stuff should all be re-built or hacked. I need some tests.
