How to create a ban in Xortify

To ban something in xortify all you have to do is put an IPv4 or IPv6 Address in the bad IP in protector in your xoops running Xortify to either Xortify Asia Pacific or Xortify Europe.

With this software any bad IPs in protector are listed on the cloud and notified to Stop Forum Spam and Project Honeypot.

Make sure you sign up as you need an account to suspend someone. You can sign up to the system in the 3rd Option in the admin it will set the username and password in the preferences with this action and the account will be automatically activated.

This is how to only create a ban unless your already banned on stop forum spam or project honeypot.

Thanks

Simon

Re: How to create a ban in Xortify

There is a full robots-all.txt that will be in the final release of spiders 2.70 with xortify 2.50.. Sometime; at the moment you can get the full robot's txt file from the SVN.

Download robots-all.txt

This covers around 4000 bots.
