On oursite we installed a few modules and deactivated them, but instead of uninstalling them correctly once they were deactivated the folders were deleted but they were not uninstalled.

So now in the module list there are 2 blank modules showing up (no names or versions, etc showing) but I cannot get them to remove from the list.

is there anyway of removing them?

You need to delete them from the database..

Easiest way to do it is to likely reinstall the module and then try to uninstall it again.

Otherwise you will have to find the records to delete and do them manually. I am sure someone here can help with the fields you need to delete manually to delete the whole module since your uninstall script seemed to not work.
