I'm attempting to update a Xoops 1.8 to 2.3.3, then to probably 2.4.5.

I've been manually moving the database over bit by bit to the one created by a fresh install.

I've run into few weird problems.
I can't access the NewBB 2.01
/modules/newbb/
Nor can I access any of the Topics/Posts.

The have made these block visible to the Top Page:
Recent Topics
Recent Topics

But they don't render.


Also I have noticed:
The Left Side Admin menu on a working version of Xoops2.3.3:
»System
»Polls
»Web Links
»Forum
»Downloads
»XML (RSS feed)

Is not being rendered.

Only the "System" module selection is visible.

For Xoops 2.3.3 and --> I advise you to use newbb 3.08 or 4.0.

The version you use is verry old and may cause many problems in newer versions of xoops.
