Content Modules?

I have installed Xoops, and am trying to find a content module to use. (I am new to Xoops, and so far, very impressed!)

Many download links no longer work. I have installed several Content Modules and still trying to find one which will work... I am looking to add static pages with a menu/sub-menu capability. Users will not add or update the content; as a result, some of the vulnerabilities associated with user editing is not a concern.

I have found other sites using Tiny Content and this module looks promising, but this gives me a blank page when I try to add content. Does Tiny Content work with 2.4.4? If so, any thought on why I would be getting a blank page? (I am having the same problem with Content Module version .6 published by nimmp.)

I have installed Content 1.5, Edito, Content 1.32 by kerkyra and DGH-Info...

Any recommendations for a module which works with 2.4.4 would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I use Content by kerkyra and it works great with my 2.4.4 install.

My favorite seo content module

1. Publisher by trabis
http://www.xuups.com/modules/publisher/item.php?itemid=9

2. content module by formuss
http://xoops.foreach.fr/modules/content/index.php?id=7&page=telechargement-de-content

p/s: beware content (formuss) and content by kerkya have the same name
https://xoops.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?post_id=325221

if you want to test both module..install it one by one delete folder..etc

Thanks for the prompt replies.

I have looked at Content by kerkyra and found it very workable for one block, but when I added a second block and tried to connect to menu (with sub-menu), I could not get it to work wihtout a help file or definition of choices. The web-site on the modules page appears to be his demo page... I checked the Wiki without success.

So close... I have tried varius settings, but after finding that setting the "error" radio button removed the content I had added, I came to the community for help...

Is there a place to find help files/instructions on this (and other) modules?

Thanks.
