PM 'Clear' button css missing

Hi guys, I've always had this bug but it's only now that I've decided to fix it. In the PM box there 3 buttons 'Send', 'Clear' and 'Cancel Send'. Two of them are displayed due to my css file, however the 'Clear' button looks different. How do I fix this?

Probably you have CSS rules for input type submit and button, but not for type reset.
