How to Post content in Xoops?

Ok, may sound a bit funny. But how are we supposed to post content on a XOOPS site? Is it using blocks? Then what about the normal users who dont have access to blocks? How to make a new page in xoops? how to write a new article? how to post a comment? i have no options for all this stuff on my site....please help me.

there are modules for this. look up the module repository, this section in particular: https://xoops.org/modules/repository/viewcat.php?cid=95

i installed x-center. i have this menu-

- Add Content

- Edit/Delete Content

- Order Site Menu Block

- Block XML Tracker

- Block XML Tracker

- Preferences

When i click on add content, it brings me back to the menu again. :(

Did you checked out the module's preferences? There is also a module admin part, where you for most modules must set categories and permissions, before posting comments.

(Did you pick up the first module or did you choose for it? Most people use the News module.)
