Xforum 4.6 Features

I love the forum but it seems to be missing a few basic features. Is there a patch/update or am I missing something. No sticky, no way to move topics around, no quote option? Any help with this would be great.

Some forums are built for basic or simplicity. If you want these features, I think you have to switch to newBB/CBB 3.08.

For the quote option, check if the bbCode tags [ quote ] work.

Hey ghia, thanks for the info. With that being the case. Is there a way to transfer all the members and topics over to a new board?

I think the members are the XOOPS members, so nothing to worry about.
For the posts, that can be done with the proper SQL statements in PHPMyAdmin. You need a local server, like XAMPP, with XOOPS installed to it and a backup of your forum, to test this out.
There is not a ready made script, but this French example shows how to do the conversion from CBB forum to NewBBex. It can be used as a starting point.
