Module to show RSS headlines in the left or right panel

Is there a RSS syndication module that will show the headlines from a site in the left or right panels of the main page? I've gone through all the ones on the XOOPS site and unless I'm missing something I can't find this functionality anywhere.

I'm sure it must be somewhere, and pointers much appreciated.

maybe you need to make a block and set it to show in the correct place.
I use the module 'Headlines' which has a block that does this (see my site, top center left) with a block I've named 'Other Headlines'.
