Can't edit forums in newbb

Hello. I am running XOOPS 2.0.18 and newbb version 2.01. Whenever I click on the edit forum button all I see are the words "editing forum" and a blank area underneath.

When did this start? After the upgrade to 2.0.18?
Are there messages (set debug on in system preferences)?
Can you grab the last lines of the HTML source of what was displayed?

Newbb 2.01 is an old module now and, IIRC, more than one user has sorted this problem by updating to CBB (i.e. newbb) 3.08

It's a straight-forward update - search on here for recents posts of mine where instruction will be found.

I realise this doesn't help much but it will be worth it, particularly if the user migrates to 2.3.0 Final in due course.
