I'm new to xoops, and love it so far. My only problem with my site is that login, admin page and even logging out spawn a new window/tab. What/where do I need to edit to prevent this? To clarify, all links in blocks, and logout from the admin page are what pops a new window/tab. I come from years of a hardware background, but I am fairly green when it comes to code. My ultimate goal is to have all links load in the same window.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Which site?
It is probably a setting in your browser.
XOOPS is designed to stay in its window.

This is not browser or OS dependent. It does it on IE 6 and 7, Firefox 2 and 3, and safari. It happens on both the default theme, as well as the theme I'm using now, Karate redux red. The site is redneckghettotech.com.

Hmmm. I have tried this on multiple systems, locations, OS's, and again just now with a clean install, all settings default with ubuntu desktop. Same issue. I click site admin in the left menu block, new window to login. i log in, and then click admin panel in my custom block, another new window. This is the 3rd new window/tab that is now loaded just to get to my administration panel. I guess the common thread is that all of the menu blocks that are causing the popup are custom menu blocks that I created. I will try some of the default blocks to see if the problem exists there as well.
