when logged in, at thte TOP of each page on the CBB forums you can see a dropdown
This shows you FORUM OPTIONS
however i just noticed when i am logged out and looking at the CBB boards,
the dropdown menu isnt really appearing properly at all.
Infact if i scroll over it while logged out,
the menu drops down but takes up most of the length of the screen.

Take a look for yourself on how it reacts,
goto my website boads and youll see what looks like a big blue SQUARE saying Main Options above the boards
scroll over it and see how it reacts.

in firefox is looks like its not seeing any CSS info or something
but only when NOT logged in
